Steve has been the Minister to Youth and Families at Southwest Central since June, 2007. Prior to moving to Houston, Steve lived in Abilene, Texas, working the previous 3 years as a Residence Hall Director at Abilene Christian University for freshmen and sophomore men's on-campus living. He graduated from ACU with a degree in Youth & Family and Missions in December, 2003, and is currently finishing up his Master of Divinity from ACU's Graduate School of Theology.
Steve married the beautiful Chelsie in January, 2005. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Houston, Texas.
Steve has a passion for intentional living, loving the surrounding community, spiritual formation, and reading. He's also a big fan of the Dallas Teams: Cowboys, Mavericks, and Rangers.
